1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the mobile application To-Do List: Daily Task Planner ("App"), developed and operated by Ferdous Jewelers ("we," "us," or "our"). This Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

All your task data is stored exclusively on your own device using local storage. It is never transmitted to our servers (we have none).
3. Data AppLovin Collects (Advertising)
Our App displays advertisements provided by AppLovin Corporation ("AppLovin") through its AppLovin MAX mediation platform. To serve and optimize advertisements, AppLovin may automatically collect the following categories of data:

- Advertising ID: Android Advertising ID (GAID) or iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) — used for ad personalization and frequency capping
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen size, language, and time zone
- Network Information: IP address (used to infer approximate country/region), network type (WiFi/cellular), carrier
- Ad Interaction Data: Which ads were shown, viewed, clicked, or dismissed

6. Your Choices & Opt-Out Rights
6.1 Opt Out of Personalized Ads
You have the right to opt out of personalized advertising at any time. Here is how:
Open the App → Settings → Privacy → Toggle off "Personalized Ads"
Option B — Android Device Settings:Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID (Android 12+) OR Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
Option C — iOS Device Settings:Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
Option D — AppLovin Opt-Out Tool:Note: Opting out does not eliminate ads — it means you will see non-personalized ads instead. The App remains fully functional either way.
6.2 Reset or Delete Advertising ID
You can reset your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings. This effectively creates a new advertising profile, disconnecting your past usage from future ad targeting.
6.3 Delete Your Task Data
Your task data is stored only on your device. To delete it:
- Delete individual tasks from within the App
- Use "Clear App Data" from your device's App Settings to wipe everything
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored task data
7. GDPR Rights (EU / EEA / UK / Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right to Access: Know what data AppLovin holds about your advertising profile

We take reasonable steps to protect information, though we note the following:

- No security system is 100% impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
